Yesterday I did really good. Did an hour bike ride, my bellydancing, crunches, and push-ups. I ate some fruit, some yogurt, and some bread (I have a weird thing for just bread... it was seven grain though) I had some candy before going out to the movies, but only a little bit, with the main goal of keeping myself awake.
Today I slept in cause I've been exhausted, so the bike ride got cut out. I still plan on doing bellydancing, crunches, and push-ups though.
